WanXin Culture Industry Investment(Group) limited company (hereinafter referred to as "WanXin Investment") , formerly known as Anhui HuaLun Interntional Culture Development co., LTD, founded in Auguest 2010 with the approval of the Anhui Provincial party committee and government. The company changed its name as WanXin Investment in May 2015.

As the wholly owned subsidiary of Anhui Xinhua Publishing and Distribution (Group) holding co., LTD, the foundation of WanXin Investment is the response to the national calling for deepening the culture system reform, and will drive the transformation and development of the Group.
