Financing Lease

Anhui WanXin Financing Lease Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as ‘WanXin Financing Lease’) was founded in 2014, with the consents of The Ministry of Commerce and State Bureau of Taxation. It is a financial institution, taking the financing lease as its main business (According to the statistics, at the end of 2016, there were 204 pilot financing lease companies in China).    
       With the vision of ‘Financing the World, Crediting the future’, WanXin Financing Lease dedicates to providing the financing lease and other value-added services, in order to give the clients at home and abroad the customized and one-stop financing lease solutions.
      Its two main businesses are retail financing leases and project financing leases, the company is deepening and exploring the cultural and educational financing leases.
      In December 2015, WanXin Financing Lease successfully published the first phase of ABS, and assisted Wanxin Media to publish the REITs in December 2016, and it was the first time that state-owned culture company used the bookstores as the basic assets to publish REITs in the market.
The company has been awarded many honorable titles successively such as ‘Anhui best brand enterprise’, ‘Anhui financing leasing industry top 10 enterprises’ and so on.
